Para todos los que quisieron jugar a ser Neo en la vida real, IBM acaba de patentar un sistema que escanea constantemente tus alrededores y si detecta una bala envía un impulso a tus músculos para esquivarla.
Un método para proteger al objetivo de un proyectil disparado desde un arma de fuego comprende el detectar el proyectil aproximándose, monitoreando continuamente el proyectil y transmitiendo la posición actual del proyectil a un controlador, computando la trayectoria estimada del proyectil basado en la posición actual de éste. (…)El proyectil puede ser detectado en la fase de detección emitiendo una onda electromagnética dsede un detector de proyectiles y recibiendo la onda electromagnética después de que dicha onda sea reflejada de vuelta hacia el detector por el proyectil.

Genial!!! no te mata la bala, pero te mata el trajecito por la aceleración que te mete para esquivar el cascote.
